The Cottage at Forest Inn

Impeccably renovated top-to-bottom, expanded to enhance living space, and meticulously presented for your enjoyment. Perfect for either two couples or a family of up to 5.

2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1-1/2 baths (full bath upstairs, 1/2 bath on ground floor), additional 1-person upstairs sleeping area.

Main floor great room features large sectional sofa, new 50" streaming TV, all new fully equipped spacious kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, private deck with gas grill, central air conditioning. The cottage is located on the grounds of Forest Inn, with access to all amenities including swimming pool and bicycles. Breakfast in Main House is NOT included as standard, but is available to cottage guests for an extra $25/night/person.

The renovation was completed in July 2024 and features:

Sorry, no pets at Forest Inn - Main House or Cottage. Although we are animal lovers ourselves, we are unable to welcome pets.

The Forest Inn Cottage is an ultra-comfortable home away from home. The white sand Douglas Beach is just a 200 yard walk away, perfect for swimming, strolling, and sunset gazing. The perfect getaway!

"We had a lovely weekend in the cottage celebrating our anniversary. The Forest Inn is extremely well appointed, in a great location and very comfortable. Whether you are intending to spend time in nature or are moving around Saugatuck and Douglas everything is easily accessible. Tracy and Eric have put significant effort in to their buildings as well as their recommendation book. Which I have to say, is spot on and did not lead us astray once! We enjoyed our time and will be back in the future."
