Forest Inn Policies

Payment Policy:

Upon booking, 50% of the total amount will be charged immediately. The balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Your deposit, if applicable, will be refunded. A $35 processing fee per room applies to all cancelled reservations. Cancellation is required at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the confirmed arrival date(s). If cancellation occurs within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date(s) and if the room(s) can be re-rented, you will only be liable for the $35.00 cancellation fee. If the room(s) cannot be re-rented, the first night stay is non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made if applicable (less the $35.00 cancellation fee). If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the confirmed arrival date(s), and the room can not be re-rented, the entire stay is non-refundable.

Sorry, No Pets:

Sorry, no pets at Forest Inn - Main House or Cottage. Although we are animal lovers ourselves, we are unable to welcome pets.
